Itinerary

Day 1: Land in Haridwar & Dive into the Magic

Touch down in sacred Haridwar, settle into your hotel, and unwind. Evening calls for the soul-stirring Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Paurilights, chants, and river vibes that’ll give you chills!
Overnight: Haridwar (relax and recharge).

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (210 km, 7-8 hours)

Hit the road to Barkot, pausing at hill-station charm Mussoorie and splashing around Kempty Falls. Check in, grab a meal, and gear up for tomorrow’s trek.
Overnight: Barkot (scenic base for Yamunotri).

Day 3: Yamunotri Day Trip – Trek to Divinity (36 km drive + 6 km trek each way)

Drive to Janki Chatti, then trek to Yamunotri Temple. Warm up in Surya Kund’s hot springs, offer prayers at the source of the Yamuna River. Trek back feeling blessed.
Tip: Wear comfy shoes; ponies available if needed.
Overnight: Barkot.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (85 km, 3-4 hours)

Easy drive to Uttarkashi. Pay homage at Vishwanath Temple, wander local spots, and check into your hotel.
Overnight: Uttarkashi (chill Himalayan retreat).

Day 5: Gangotri Excursion – Bhagirathi’s Embrace (100 km each way)

Head to Gangotri, home of Ganga’s origin. Darshan at the temple, riverside peace—pure magic. Return by evening.
Overnight: Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (220 km, 8-9 hours)

Wind through breathtaking valleys to Guptkashi. Quick visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple, then hotel time to rest those legs.
Overnight: Guptkashi (gateway to Kedarnath).

Day 7: Conquer Kedarnath (30 km drive + 16 km trek)

Drive to Gaurikund, trek up to Kedarnath. The ancient temple amid snow-capped peaks? Unforgettable. Breathe in the spirituality.
Tip: Start early; helicopter options if trekking’s tough.
Overnight: Kedarnath (high-altitude heaven).

Day 8: Kedarnath Back to Guptkashi

Trek down to Gaurikund, drive to Guptkashi. Crash at the hotel—you’ve earned it!
Overnight: Guptkashi.

Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (190 km, 7-8 hours)

Via Joshimath to Badrinath Temple. Seek blessings, then explore nearby Mana Village—India’s last village!
Overnight: Badrinath.

Day 10: Badrinath to Haridwar (320 km, 10-11 hours) – Tour Wrap-Up

Final drive back through Rudraprayag. Reflect on your divine journey as it ends in Haridwar. Safe travels home!

  • Personal insurance and any medical expenses.
  • Personal toiletry items and personal hygiene products.
  • Individual medicine kits or prescription medications.
  • Meals during transit to and from the starting point.
  • Charges for mules/porters carrying extra luggage (Rs. 300 per bag, payable to UTT personnel at the base camp).
  • Any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or natural calamities.
  • Entry fees for monuments, temples, or other tourist sites are not included in the package.
  • Personal expenses such as tips, phone calls, laundry, and beverages.
  • Additional activities or services are not mentioned in the itinerary.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, approximately 35 km from Haridwar.

Haridwar Railway Station is well-connected to major cities in India.

Haridwar is accessible via national highways from Delhi, Rishikesh, and Dehradun.

Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the cancellation of tour services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON:

  • 30 days or more before the departure date: 25% of the total cost.
  • 20 days before the departure date: 50% of the total cost.
  • Less than 20 days before the departure date: 100% of the total cost.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the tour: You may transfer your booking (same tour, same batch) to a friend. No cash refund will be provided.

IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR TOUR
We strive to plan your travel arrangements well in advance. However, there may be occasions when we need to make changes, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

In rare cases where we must cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, insufficient bookings), we will:

  1. Offer alternative dates for the tour, provided the tour has not already started.
  2. If the alternative arrangement does not suit you, we will issue a full refund.

Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated in such situations.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • 46 days or more before the date of departure: 25% of the total cost.
  • 31–45 days before the date of departure: 50% of the total cost.
  • 30 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost.

Important: The booking is subject to cancellation if full payment is not received at least 30 days before the date of departure.

Terms & Condition
  • All bookings are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, arrangements will be made at a similar property of equivalent standards.
  • Meals provided during the trip will include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options based on prior requests.
  • Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
  • Prices may vary during peak seasons such as festivals, public holidays, and long weekends.
  • An additional charge of 15% of the total tariff will apply for one child aged 5 to 12 years.
  • Any special requests, including dietary preferences or room amenities, must be communicated in advance and are subject to feasibility.
  • Cancellation and refund policies will be applicable as per company guidelines.

NOTE: Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day. In the event of any cancellation(s) after trip commencement, there will be no refunds and any costs incurred due to this cancellation will be borne by you. Irrespective of when a trip is booked, the above condition will hold.

  • Avoid Intoxication: Alcohol or any other intoxicating substances are STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the tour.
  • Follow Instructions: Always adhere to the advice and directions of tour guides or instructors for a smooth and safe experience.
  • Keep the Environment Clean: Avoid littering and dispose of waste in designated areas to maintain the beauty of tourist spots.
  • Avoid Night Travel: Traveling or trekking at night is risky and should be avoided unless specifically planned by the tour guide.
  • Be Cautious with Devices: Avoid using earphones during tours, as it may distract you from important announcements or surroundings.
  • Respect Local Sentiments: Do not harm, mock, or disturb the cultural and religious values of the area you’re visiting.
  • Be Prepared: Carry necessary items such as water, snacks, and emergency supplies while ensuring your luggage is lightweight.
  • Health and Safety: Inform the tour organizer of medical conditions, and always carry personal medication.
