• Day 3 : Bhebra Camp to Manji - Dodital

• Day 4 : Dodital to Darawa top/back to camp

• Day 5 : Dodital to Bhebra camp

• Day 6 : Bhebra to Sangam chatti

  Drive to uttarkashi after lunch – N.i.m– Uttarkashi. 14 kms

• Day 7 : Uttarkashi to Dehradun

  Uttarkashi to Dehradun Taxi .145 kms/7hrs

DETAILED ITINERARY

• Day 1 : Pick up from Dehradun Railway station to Uttarkashi by taxi.

  Altitude - 1980m.
  Distance - 145 km
  Time Taken - 5-6 hours
  HTH personnel will pick you up from Dehradun Railway station and drive towards Uttarkashi in a shared taxi . Road side area looking Chamba Market, Kandi Sour and Right side Ganga river and Tehri Dame and Beautiful Mountain. Midway have breakfast and lunch. It will take approximately 5 to 6 hours to reach uttarkashi. You will be served tea and snacks followed by hot n healthy dinner. Over night stay camp/tents/guesthouse/hotel.

• Day 2 : Uttarkashi - to Sangam chatty by tax

  Distance - 8km
  Time Taken - same day/ Agoda - Bhebra camp.
  Over night stay in tents After Breakfast drive for 15 kms to Sangamchatty. It will take around 1 hrs to reach Sangamchatty. Get ready to trek to our campsite in a village called Bhevra. On arrival start your first days trek 07 kms, 03 hrs slowly walk with picnic lunch. The trail passing through the some small village. The initial trek is a gradual ascent through villages and paddy fields. Initially you will meet lot of villagers on the trail as this Dodital trek goes through various villages like Bhevra, Aghoda (Agoda) etc. The Villagers we come across are extremely helpful and you can greet and talk to them but avoid giving the children chocolates or toffees. On reaching Bhevra we will camp for the night on a lovely campsite surrounded by oak trees. There is a lovely stream next to the campsite where you can take a dip to refresh yourself. • Day 3 : Bhebra Camp to Manji - Dodital

  Altitude - 3040 mtrs
  Distance - 15kms.
  Overnight stay in tents After breakfast start trek for Dodital 15 kms, the Trail gradually up passing through dense forest . Full day explore the Dodital valley surrounding the lake. , Lunch, Dinner & overnight at the camp.

• Day 4 : Dodital to Darawa top/back to camp

  Altitude - 4000Mtr
  Distance - 5kms.
  Time Taken - 3-4 hours.
  Today after breakfast we will trek to Darwa Pass with daypacks containing our packed lunch, a water bottle and Jackets. Darwa Pass top is around 5kms and takes around 3 hours to reach. Darwa pass trek starts beside the stream which feed’s Dodital lake. After few hours the route bifurcates into two, the left one leads to Darwa Pass top and the other one leads to basecamp of Bandarpunch Peak (Monkey’s Tail). From the Darwa Pass top one can get a breath-taking view of the Bandarpunch and Swargarohini ranges. After spending quality time at the Darwa Pass top absorbing the almost 360 degree view of Himalayan ranges we trek down and reach Dodital Lake. The Darwa Top pass H. 4000 mtr. Breakfast, lunch, Dinner & overnight at the camp.

• Day 5 : Dodital to Bhebra camp

  Altitude - 2450 mtr
  Distance - 15kms.
  Time Taken - 5-6 hours
  Overnight stay in tents Breakfast at late in camp and then Start trek we trek downhill through the same route to Bhevra (Bebra) which takes around 6 hours. Back to Bhebra camp after 05/06 hrs of trekking, check in your camp. Dinner & Overnight at the camp.

• Day 6 : Bhebra to Sangam chatti

  Distance - 8kms. Trek
  Time Taken - 2-3 hours.
  15km Drive to uttarkashi
  Morning breakfast at the camp then 08 kms down trek Sangamchatti 02/03 hrs to reach road head points. Short rest to relax, after break Drive 15 kms. To Uttarkashi on arrival check Hotel and lunch at the hotel after lunch Visit N.i.m and at evening visit the Holi temple city visit Lord Kashi Viswanath and Shakti temple, dinner and Over night at the Hotel.

• Day 7 : Uttarkashi to Dehradun

  Distance - 148kms.
  Time taken - 7 hours.

PAYMENT POLICY

46 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
31- 45 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
30 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 30 days before date of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For the cancellation of trek services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing

*CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON

30 days or more before the departure date: 25% of the total cost.
29 - 20 days before the departure date: 50% of total cost.
Less than 20 days before the departure day: 100% of the total cost.
Cancellation less than 10 days to the start of the trek: Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No cash refund.

*IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel you travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond control ( e.g. bad weather, insufficient bookings) we shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour has'nt already commenced. If the alternate arrangement does not suit you, we will refund the amount in full.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Change of trek batch is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.
In case of transferring a trek to a friend, he/ she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements put forward by UTT.
UTT holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice.

If a trip must be delayed or the itinerary changed due to bad weather, road conditions, transportation delays, government intervention, airline schedules, sickness, or other contingency for which UTT or its agents cannot make provision, the cost of delays and/or other changes are the responsibility of the participant. UTT reserves the right to decline, or accept, any individual as a trip member for any reason whatsoever.

NOTE: *Written cancellation will be accepted on working days (only). Any cancellation sent on a Sunday or any National Holiday(s), will be considered on the next official working day. *In the event of any cancellation(s) after trip commencement, there will be no refunds and any costs incurred due to this cancellation will be borne by you. Irrespective of when a trip is booked, the above condition will hold true.

HOW TO REACH

Jolly Grant Airport is the airport serving Dehradun, located about 48 km from the Haridwar. There is a daily flight from Delhi for Dehradun.

From Mumbai- Dehradun Express (19019)
From Chennai- Dehardun express (12687)

By road, Haridwar is well connected with major destinations of the country.
NH72 connects Haridwar to Nahan (125 km) to the north-west, and thereon to Panchkula, Chandi-garh and Shimla.
NH 72 terminates at Dehardun, which is at 54km from Haridwar.
Haridwar is located at a distance of 235 km from Delhi.
NH72A links Haridwar to NH58 at Roorkee (35 km) and thereon south to Meerut (170 km) and Delhi (235 km).
There is regular bus service from Delhi for Haridwar from Delhi's ISBT Kashmere Gate

GUIDELINES

Alcohols or any other intoxicating products "STRICTLY PROHIBHITED" during the trek.
Always pay heed to the trek guides or instructors.
Try not to leave the group under any circumstances.
Avoid trekking during the nights as it is extremely dangerous.
Avoid using earphones as that might hinder your hearing.
Do not participate or encourage littering of the places in any form.
While visiting the local villages and tourist sites, obey the local guidelines and instructions.
Do not harm or interrupt the local sentiments of the places.

Your safety is of paramount concern while travelling with UTTARAKHAND TOUR TRAVELS. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Since adventure entails travelling in remote mountainous regions, we cannot guarantee that we will not deviate from it. Weather conditions, health condition of a group member, unexpected natural disasters, etc., can all contribute to changes in the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if required
